With over 30 years of experience in the sandwich business, we wanted to start a new concept and style in providing you the best submarine sandwiches and wraps in the industry. We always use only the best and freshest ingredients for all our products. Our breads are freshly baked daily on the premises. All our sandwiches are made right in front of your eyes, with our open kitchen concept.

Owner/Operator, Frank Merlo, is seen doing what he does best -- making a Tsunami Submarine Sandwich. You want to know about experience...? 30 plus years is what you're looking at. Frank has been working in the sub business since the early age of 13, and entrepreneur of his first sub shop at the young age of 18. Frank's expertise in the sandwich business can be credited to his father, Victor Merlo, who taught him all there is to know in operating a successful submarine sandwich business. Victor always emphasized to be friendly, clean, and to give the customer a delicious sandwich.
